Reliance Group and Wanda, China’s leading developer have entered a JV to establish real estate projects in India. The initial projects will be in Navi Mumbai and Hyderabad. The 135 acre Dhirubhai Ambani Knowledge City in Navi Mumbai owned by Reliance Communications may be developed after necessary approvals. Also, the Hyderabad project owned by Reliance Infrastructure is an 80 acre new business district, which offers unlimited FSI for the development of commercial and residential purposes, hotels, etc.
