Reliance and Wanda to build townships

Reliance Group and Wanda, China’s leading developer have entered a JV to establish real estate projects in India. The initial  projects will be in Navi Mumbai and Hyderabad. The 135 acre Dhirubhai Ambani Knowledge City in Navi Mumbai owned by Reliance Communications may be deve­loped after necessary approvals.
