Sheth Developers buys Borosil's 18 acre

Mumbai-based Borosil Glass Works has sold its 18 acre industrial plot to Sheth Developers for Rs 875 crore. The plot is close to Andheri-Kurla road and has a development potential of around 2 mn sq ft. Many leading developers like the Lodha Group, Runwal, Piramal Sunteck Realty, HDIL etc. had evinced interest to buy the plot.
