Min mulls 23 port projects in 2011-12

The Union Ministry of Shipping has set a target of 23 port projects to be awarded on PPP basis in 2011-12. Currently, 29 private sector projects have been sanctioned and are in operation across the major ports. Around 20 more private sector projects are currently under various stages of construction.
