RLDA bids out 35 plots for multi-functional complexes

The Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA) has leased out plots, on a bidding basis, at 35 locations on 45 year leases, and will be used to build multifunctional complexes and generate approximately Rs 150 crore on a net present value basis. The leased out plots are small-sized - ranging from 500 sq m to 3,000 sq m and located by the side of the railway stations. These complexes will provide passenger facilities that may be lacking at present.
