Residents protest Mysore Road widening

Residents of Padarayanapura held protests against the proposed road widening project from Mysore Road to Pipeline Road, through Padarayanapura, Gori Palya and J J Nagar. Protesters claimed that they were not consulted before the decision was taken and there was no need to widen the 80 feet stretch. They also said once the metro work was completed, the traffic in the area would reduce.
