Surat to have new bridge

The Surat Municipal Corporation (SMC) has planned a bridge project connecting Rander with Chowk Bazaar area with an estimated cost of Rs 59 crore. The bridge would have fountains and lighting on one side and resemble the old Hope bridge structure.
