Uncertainty continues to haunt airport project

The fate of proposed greenfield airport at Hollongi is apparently heading towards uncertainty, following the letter written by Chief Secretary Shakuntala D Gamlin to Secretary, Civil Aviation, Rajiv Nayan Choubey, Government of India on June 22, 2016. iN the letter, the Chief Secretary had suggested the Civil Aviation ministry that technical team be constituted to assess the Techno-Economic feasibility of both locations (Banderdewa -Karsingsa and Hollongi).
