Exide Industries Ltd has announced the appointment of Manoj Kumar Agarwal as Director – Finance & Chief Financial Officer, effective 1st May 2025. The decision was finalised during the board meeting held on 30th April 2025, following the retirement of Asish Kumar Mukherjee, who served in the same role for 18 years.Agarwal joined Exide in February 2023 as Deputy CFO.
