Haulotte launches HA20 LE and HA20 LE PRO in the product line of PULSEO. Haulotte has become the first global AWP manufacturer Haulotte announced it's new "Blue" strategy during ITERMAT 2018 at Paris, with the launch of it's PULSEO range. As per this path-breaking strategy, Haulotte is committed to removing internal combustion engines from the entire MEWP range. Lower energy costs and less air and noise pollution with optimal performance is the promise of the electrical architecture featured in PULSEO machinery. HA20 LE and HA20 LE PRO are the first models in the PULSEO product line. With high-quality materials and components, ideal protection for electric and hydraulic parts and extensive endurance testing, PULSEO models come with a five-year warranty. Eco-responsibility Designed to operate in silence, PULSEO generation cares for both, the environment and people. Its all-electric architecture makes it suitable for work in downtown areas and low-emission zones, as well as on green construction sites. Versatility Its oscillating axle and four-wheel drive ensures optimal adherence and stability for outdoor work. Thanks to its silent electric operation, PULSEO models can be used at any time with no inconvenience. Leave no trace Available with non-marking tyres, PULSEO machines can be used indoors as well. They can be used on almost any floor with low ground pressure. The machine's low tail swing and easy handling allows for operation in confined spaces. Independent four-wheel drive, with each wheel producing powerful torque and ensuring excellent traction distribution. An oscillating axle to keep the wheels in contact with the ground for optimal adherence. Solid cured-on tires provide the wheels with the flexibility which is needed to properly hold the ground, even on the roughest terrain. Ultra-fast elevation speed, 360° continuous turret rotation and simultaneous movements work together to enhance the productivity. Dual-load models make it possible to increase the load capacity while adapting the working envelope, thereby ensuring stability. Optimal safety The PULSEO generation incorporates the latest safety innovations. Haulotte Activ' Shield Bar 2.0 is by far the safest and most effective system of its kind. Faced with a risk of entrapment, the operator is propelled against the bar. The machine automatically stops. Protected by the safety gap, the operator maintains easy access to control and unobstructed visibility. The Haulotte Activ' Lighting System ensures safe performance of loading and unloading the equipment. Comprising 11 LED spotlights, it provides ideal illumination of the basket, and controls the manoeuvring area around the machine. Optimal energy management High-capacity batteries and the ability to lower the basket by force of gravity with no power consumption maximises the battery performance. If an extended battery power is required, the on-board range extender engine can rapidly recharge the batteries. At the end of a shift, the built-in charger and its smart power management module optimises, both the charge and life span of the batteries. The Haulotte Activ' Energy management system, developed in partnership with LITEN has been designed to extend the lifespan of the batteries. Easy maintenance Haulotte Activ' Screen can be used to configure the machine; it provides users with information to help them identify alarms, access the list of preventative maintenance procedures, and helps to diagnose and resolve malfunctions.
