OPTCL forms JVs with MCL, OMC for transmission projects

After entering into a JV pact with PGCIL, the state-owned Odisha Power Transmission Corporation (OPTCL) will sign similar agreements with Mahanadi Coalfields and Odisha Mining Corporation. An estimated Rs 10,000 crore is needed to develop the additional transmission capacity in the Twelfth Five-Year Plan.
