UP to develop transmission sub-stations

Uttar Pradesh Power Transmission Corporation will develop and augment 27 transmission substations of voltages ranging from
132 kV to 400 kV across the state. A loan of Rs 55.35 crore has been secured from Rural Electrification Corporation Ltd for developing and augmenting the capacity of nine substations at Shrimau in Hardoi, Mainpuri, Rasda and Sikandarpur in Ballia, Soraon in Allahabad, Atmadpur in Agra, Sector-62 and Sector-45 in Noida, and Badaun.
