Group Rhine, XCircle Launch Pioneering Critical Infrastructure Solutions

Group Rhine, a leading manufacturer in energy solutions, and XCircle, an Australian pioneer in modular critical infrastructure, have officially launched their transformative 50:50 joint venture, Rhine XCircle. This strategic partnership combines Group Rhine’s deep expertise in power distribution and smart metering with XCircle’s advanced modular critical infrastructure technologies for data centers, aiming to provide scalable, efficient, and sustainable solutions to meet the growing demands of the digital economy.

Rhine XCircle brings together the strengths of Group Rhine and XCircle to deliver innovative solutions for industries that rely on critical infrastructure, such as telecom, healthcare, education, smart cities, banking, and IT services. The venture’s primary focus will be the development of modular and prefabricated critical infrastructure & modular data centers, designed to meet the needs of modern industries for flexible, scalable, and sustainable infrastructure solutions.

In a significant move, Anjani Kumar Kommisetti has been appointed as Head of Business at Rhine XCircle. With over 20 years of experience in enterprise IT, including expertise in data center operations, remote infrastructure management, and strategic market development, Anjani will lead the company’s growth and innovation in this critical sector. Previously, he spent 15 years at Raritan, a Legrand brand, where he helped establish the company as a leader in power management and remote monitoring. He was also instrumental in the formation of Legrand Data Center Solutions (LDCS), an end-to-end data center infrastructure solution as a standalone business unit within Legrand. His customer-focused approach and technical vision will be key in driving Rhine XCircle’s success.
