Jubilant Signs PPA with O2 Power to Source RE for Bharuch Facility

Jubilant Ingrevia has taken a major step towards bolstering its renewable energy usage by signing a power purchase agreement (PPA) with O2 Power. This agreement, signed via its subsidiary Jubilant Infrastructure, will supply renewable energy to the company’s SEZ Bharuch Manufacturing Facility. This move reflects the company’s dedication to sustainability and green energy. The contract follows a similar agreement made last year for its manufacturing plants in Savli, Gujarat, and Gajraula, Uttar Pradesh, with supply expected to begin in April 2025.

With this new agreement, over 35% of Jubilant Ingrevia’s total energy requirements across its manufacturing facilities will be sourced from renewable energy.
