India Grid Trust (IndiGrid) has completed the acquisition of the Gurugram Palwal Transmission (GPTL) poject from Sterlite Power at a value of Rs.10.80 bn. The acquisition increases the number of assets under IndiGrid by 9 per cent to Rs.133 billion.
