The manufacturing is guided through the Six Sigma process before it is dispatched to the field.OperationThe field responsible to install, commission and hand over the ultimate product operates from more than 54 centres across India. Operation heads along with its well-trained team members execute the job at each centre, which is independent and self-reliant in resources. Parameters such as safety audits, installation cycle time, mechanic productivity, 5S, etc, are some key areas monitored. Service and maintenance In the lift industry, after-sales service plays a vital role and is responsible for safe and trouble-free operation of lifts and escalators. The company’s 174 service centers are fully equipped with trained and skilled manpower to provide faster response and quality maintenance to its customers. The National Service stores located in Chennai having a build-up area of 24,000 sq ft is fully equipped to cater to supply spare parts to all its branches.
