Schindler has developed and launched Schindler myPORT, a smartphone-based application for the Schindler PORT. The application allows building occupants to order pre-programmed elevators and building owners to increase security standards in buildings where Schindler PORT elevators are installed. It also offers a seamless four-step identity verification on entry, and e-banking level security is provided with no inconvenience to the user.
