FunderMax India's Confluence 2018 witnessed great participation across 44 business partners from across the country and also a representation from Nepal business partner. <br /> <br /> The theme of Confluence 2018 was 'Partnership for Profitable Growth', which reiterates FunderMax India's commitment for the sustainable growth of partners as well as the brand. This edition also marks the company's completion of 10 years in India. To grace the special occasion, FunderMax holding company Constantia Industries (AG from Austria) board members - <span style="font-weight: bold;">Dr Erlfried Taurer, CEO, and Dr Johannes Liechtenstein, CFO-</span> were present.<br /> <br /> <span style="font-weight: bold;">Highlights of the event</span><br /> After the formal inauguration of the event <span style="font-weight: bold;">Dr Erlfried Taurer, CEO, Constantia Industries,</span> said,'The board is committed to the regional growth and will continue to support the South Asia market with high quality customer-centric products.'<br /> Dr Johannes Liechtenstein, CFO, Constantia Industries, said,'The Indian market is one of the fastest growing markets for the group company, and all the accolades goes to the business partnership built in India over the years.'<br /> <br /> The well-known business strategist VN Bhattacharya delivered a keynote address on 'Macroeconomic trends and its impact on the construction and infrastructure sectors'.<br /> Rene Haberl, Managing Director, FunderMax, shared FunderMax's global level recent updates, covered the company's foray into new surface technology and ongoing research for new products. <br /> <br /> The session continued with an overview of the past editions, followed by a reflection on 2017 and the way forward for 2018 by <span style="font-weight: bold;">Dr Prashanth Reddy, Managing Director, FunderMax India,</span> and a Q&amp;A session, where partners clarified their doubts and questioned the FunderMax team on some of its policies and initiatives.<br /> <br /> The other highlight of the day was the FunderMax product display station covering new and emerging offerings, like Max Lato Series, Neon, Max Resistance, and laboratory and interior applications. In addition, a unique journey wall was created to capture the 10 years glimpse. This 10 years completion journey wall covered the summary of major events that had occurred each year. The other traction element was the CSR wall, which portrayed key noble initiatives done by the company for the betterment of society.<br /> <br /> The event concluded with an award ceremony for partners and employees, which were interspersed by cultural performances from the external cultural event agency.&nbsp; <br /> <br /> <span style="font-weight: bold;">About Confluence</span><br /> Confluence is an annual event organised by FunderMax India to bring its business partners together under a single platform and discuss the year gone by and outline the strategy for the way forward to instill interest among partners and convert it into business. It also gives the dais for FunderMax India to recognise and felicitate the top performing business partners and employees.
