Indian tyre industry major JK Tyre received recognition for water conservation endeavours at the 6th Indian Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Social Impact Awards 2024, hosted in Kolkata. In the Clean Water and Sanitation category, the project stood out as the undisputed winner. The company built 100+ water conservation structures in five years in villages adjacent to its manufacturing facilities. Ambuja Foundation has once again been awarded the 6th Indian Chamber of Commerce Social Impact Award 2024 for its outstanding contributions to advancing the rights and opportunities of women and girls in the Farakka and Sankrail regions of West Bengal.
