The Bengaluru Metro Rail project Phase 2A and 2B, a 58.19-km stretch from Central Silk Board Junction to the Kempegowda International Airport via Hebbal Junction, has got approved by the Centre. The project, which was expected to cost Rs.147.881 bn, is to be completed in five years from the date of approval.
