BEML announced that M V Rajasekhar, Director of mining and construction and member of board at BEML limited, has now assumed additional charge as Chairman and Managing Director of the company.

As of 1 February 2021, M V Rajasekhar has succeeded Dr Deepak Kumar Hota who retired from service on account of superannuation.
