Avenue Ventures invests in Casa Grande's projects

Mumbai-based Avenue Ventures Real Estate Fund stated in a press release that it plans to invest Rs 55 crore in Chennai-based Casa Grande’s residential projects. Avenue Ventures has invested the first tranche of Rs 25 crore in Casa Grande’s 2.4 lakh square feet luxury residential project coming up in Thoraipakkam on the Old Mahabalipuram Road in Chennai.

Casa Grande is based in Chennai with projects also in Coimbatore and Bangalore. Avenue Ventures is focused on investments in residential projects, the press release added.
