BHEL commissions 500 MW

BHEL has commissioned the second 500 MW thermal unit at Marwa Thermal Power Station in Chhattisgarh, set up by Chhattisgarh State Power Generation Company. BHEL´s scope of work included design, engineering, manufacture, supply, erection and commissioning of steam turbines, generators and boilers, along with associated auxiliaries and electricals, besides, controls and instrumentation and electrostatic precipitators.
