Embassy Office Parks invests in India

Embassy Office Parks has plans to acquire three large IT parks worth Rs 3,000 crore in India. A JV between Blackstone Group and Embassy Group, 2 mn sq ft parks will be launched in Bengaluru, Pune and NCR. One of the companys recent investments includes the Rs 1,951 crore Vrindavan Tech Village.
