GoWork launches world’s largest co-working facility

GoWork has launched its second co-working campus in Gurugram. The campus is located at Plot-183 in Udyog Vihar, established across an area of 0.45 lakh sq ft. The facility has gone operational with its anchor tenant TBO Group, acquiring 400 seats as a built-to-suit space, making it the largest single transaction of number of seats in co-working in Delhi-NCR. The new campus can seat at least 7,000 individuals, and will become operational from the August 1.

To cater to an increasing demand of co-working among corporates and their millennial employees, GoWork has strategically built world’s largest co-working facilities in Gurgaon, which also adds on the benefit of its proximity to the airport. TBO Group has chosen GoWork in order to reduce the cost that goes into realty and technology while also getting a personalised workspace that facilitates the growth of the venture Apart from its anchor tenant, the newly launched campus will house GoWork’s operations team, which ensures its clients of quick response to resolve queries and direct communication. The campus offers great scope of personalisation of workspace with its built-to-suite offerings and optimum cost-effectiveness.

Commenting on the announcement, Sudeep Singh, Co-Founder and Chief Evangelist, GoWork, said, “It gives us immense pleasure to announce the launch of our latest co-working campus in Gurugram. We received a great response with our first co-working campus, and felt the time was right to establish another one, and make the most of the co-working fever gripping the country. The three-year alliance with TBO Group allows us to develop spaces which capture the fancy of modern workforce. We hope the space will be able to exceed the positive response generated by our first campus and play an integral role in strengthening our operations.”

Commenting upon the association, Gaurav Bhatnagar, Co-founder, TBO Group, said, “We are glad to be the first entrants of this campus. Our team had been searching for a workplace which is not only innovative but also cost effective. We aim to retain our talent and an office like this will definitely keep our workforce enthusiastic without making them miss out on any of their lifestyle needs.”

“We are sure to benefit highly from the positive environment, great facilities and the free flow of ideas and opportunities guaranteed in a GoWork campus”, added Ankush Nijhawan, Co-founder, TBO Group.

Like the first one, the new campus is focused towards the MNCs, SMBs and start-ups. The campus is pet-friendly and has a World Art café, and dockless bicycle and shuttle facility to the nearest metro station. It will soon have a crèche, gymnasium, bar, live kitchen, sports court and urban sleeping pods, to help the employees balance their professional and familial lives. GoWork plans to invest $1 billion in the rapidly developing co-working segment, launching at least 50 centres across the country within next five years, with a special focus on New Delhi, Noida, Mumbai and Bengaluru.
