Indiareit Fund Advisors plans to develop an ultra-luxury villa on Sarjapur Road, a 5-acre premier apartment project in Whitefield's EPIP area and a 40-acre villa project in Electronic City, Bengaluru. The company will invest Rs 144 crore through its funds and the cost of the project is estimated at Rs 620 crore.
