Malaxmi Group invests Rs.100 cr in luxury project

The Hyderabad-based Malaxmi Group plans to set up a luxury real estate project named Sentosa in the capital region of Vijayawada in addition to other upcoming projects in the hospitality and infrastructure segments. The project will see investments of Rs 100 crore in its first phase. Sentosa will offer flats of about 2,500 sq ft each, and these are expected to be delivered within 18 months.
