Sotheby´s to sell Tata Housing´s villas

Tata Housing has selected Sotheby´s International Realty to sell its luxury villas project at Hailey Road in New Delhi. The complex, spread over 1.3 acre, will house four villas. The villas will have private pools, landscaped gardens and terraces, double-height patios, jacuzzis, private elevators, verandahs, and sun decks.
