Anil R Gupta, Director, MAAD Group, with over two decades of experience in the real estate industry, has comprehensive experience in land acquisition, land development, liasoning, real estate development, construction, construction materials, precast and concrewall. There is hardly anything left in the real estate sector which Gupta may have not done, when it comes to land acquisition. He has, until now, developed 1.5 crore sq ft land in the VVMC region and now has 2.75 crore sq ft land in Mumbai, in his kitty. He currently owns Asia´s largest sand-making plant, which is situated in Vasai for UltarMod sand, which is well-accepted in the real estate fraternity in Mumbai and around. MAAD Group is currently working on a 500 crore order with the Central Goverment; and precast is something what the industry is looking positively at.
