Ashiana To Invest Rs 7.5 Billion In New Gurugram Project

Realty firm Ashiana Housing Ltd will invest Rs 7.5 billion to develop a new residential project in Gurugram. The company has launched Ashiana Aaroham, a 10.8-acre development located in Sector 80, comprising 542 housing units.

“The project is being developed with a total planned investment of over Rs 7.5 billion, with Phase 1 accounting for approximately Rs 2.5 billion,” the company said in a statement on Wednesday.

In the first phase, Ashiana will offer 182 units, priced between Rs 29.9 million and Rs 41.9 million.

Varun Gupta, Whole-Time Director at Ashiana Housing Ltd, said the upcoming project will be child-centric, emphasising amenities and design suited for families.

The Delhi-based developer, which operates across eight cities in India, has constructed and delivered over 23 million square feet of residential space.
