ASK Property Fund Commits Rs Three Billion To Ghaziabad Projects

ASK Property Fund, the real estate arm of ASK Asset and Wealth Management Group backed by Blackstone, has committed Rs three billion (Rs 3 bn) to two residential projects in Ghaziabad in a statement issued on 3 September. The investment is aimed at providing capital to developments in established local markets. The fund invests primarily in residential real estate through private equity. The capital is intended to back development and delivery in local markets.

The capital will be deployed into a four point seven acre residential project by BRV Group in Vasundhara and an approximately one point five acre project by KW Group in Indirapuram. Both Vasundhara and Indirapuram are established residential areas with existing social infrastructure. They offer access to employment hubs across Ghaziabad, Noida and Delhi. The parcels selected are in neighbourhoods with ongoing residential demand.

Residential development in Ghaziabad has benefited from improving connectivity with Delhi and other parts of the National Capital Region. Transport projects cited include the Delhi?Ghaziabad?Meerut Namo Bharat corridor, the Delhi?Meerut Expressway and the Hindon Elevated Road, and the areas are served by existing Metro links and Hindon Airport. ASK noted that proposed Metro extensions could further improve connections with East Delhi and Noida. Transport improvements have been cited as supporting demand and price stability.

The move forms part of the fund's strategy of targeting end?user demand and markets with relatively lower ticket sizes, a position outlined by Bhavin Jain, Co?Head and Chief Investment Officer of ASK Property Fund. The fund reported it has raised Rs one hundred billion (Rs 100 bn) since two thousand and nine for real estate investments. ASK Asset and Wealth Management Group manages Rs eight hundred and fifty billion (Rs 850 bn) in assets as of 31 July 2026. The allocation reflects a continued appetite for residential assets among institutional investors.
