Awfis launches 27,000 sq ft space in Mumbai

Awfis, a flex workspace provider, opened its Awfis Gold centre with 450 seats at One International Center in Lower Parel, Mumbai. The Mumbai centre has been opened in collaboration with Nucleus Office Parks, the operating platform for fully owned Blackstone offices in India. The company currently has 10 Gold centres spread across 350,000 square feet in Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Chennai, with another Gold centre opening in Mumbai in the next 3-6 months. It currently has 131 flex workspaces with 77,500 seats spread across 14 cities, with plans to build a network of 200 centres by the end of 2022.
