Awfis Opens Three Co-working Centres Across Three Indian Cities

New Delhi, Oct 28 (PTI) Awfis Space Solutions has launched three new co-working centres in Pune, Bengaluru and Mumbai, adding a combined 145,000 sq ft to its workspace capacity. The expansion is part of the company’s plan to strengthen its presence in major commercial markets and serve the changing requirements of business occupiers.

The newly opened centres are designed to cater to modern enterprises, global capability centres (GCCs) and large corporates. The facilities are intended to provide flexible workspace options for organisations seeking professional infrastructure and the ability to accommodate changing operational needs across different locations.

In a regulatory filing, the company said the centres had been launched in the three cities. The additions take Awfis’s overall network to more than 250 centres across 18 cities, expanding its reach in India’s flexible workspace sector. The company provides workspace solutions for both small and large corporates.

Amit Ramani, chairman and managing director of Awfis Space Solutions, said India’s commercial real estate market was undergoing a structural shift. He said enterprises and GCCs were increasingly prioritising agility, high-quality infrastructure and seamless mobility when assessing workplace requirements.

The expansion comes as flexible office providers seek to support companies operating across multiple markets and requiring adaptable workplace arrangements. Awfis said its broader network and new centres would enable it to address demand from a range of enterprise users, while adding capacity in three important business destinations.

Pune, Bengaluru and Mumbai are among the locations covered by the company’s existing operations. With the latest launches, Awfis is continuing to build a wider network of managed and flexible workspaces for businesses that require ready-to-use offices and scalable capacity. The company’s presence across 18 cities gives it coverage of several major commercial centres, while the new facilities increase its available area by 145,000 sq ft.
