BNW plans 10,000 UAE homes, India drives 14.4 per cent of sales

UAE-based BNW Developments plans to develop 10,000 homes across Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah over the next four years, with India continuing to emerge as one of its key overseas markets.

The company said Indian buyers accounted for 14.38 per cent of its total business during the first half of 2026, reflecting growing interest among Indian investors in premium residential developments in the UAE.

The announcement was made at BNW Developments' Global Partners Meet in Delhi NCR, attended by more than 2,000 channel partners and real estate professionals.

Dr (CA) Ankur Aggarwal, Chairman & Founder, BNW Developments, said India remains a strategic market for the company, with Indian investors attracted by the UAE's transparent regulatory environment, strong rental yields, long-term capital appreciation and global connectivity.

BNW currently has 12 developments across Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah, including branded residences, hospitality-led developments, mixed-use projects and master-planned communities. The company expects project handovers to begin in 2027.

The developer is also expanding its network of channel partners across India to strengthen access to UAE real estate opportunities. Its portfolio includes collaborations with hospitality and lifestyle brands such as Taj, Tonino Lamborghini, FashionTV, Wyndham and Radisson Blu.
