BXB Estates Records AED 110 Million Luxury Villa Sale in Dubai

BXB Estates has completed a record AED 110 million residential transaction at Jumeirah Golf Estates, marking the highest-value residential sale in the history of one of Dubai’s most prestigious communities.

The transaction, negotiated by Alfie Tabrez, Managing Partner, BXB Estates, surpasses the previous record of AED 58 million for a completed ready villa.

The six-bedroom luxury residence features a built-up area of 21,714 sq ft on a 15,873 sq ft plot. The property includes nine bathrooms, four living lounges, a home office, bar lounge, private cinema and rooftop terrace. Its wellness facilities comprise a gym, sauna, treatment suite and hairdressing room, highlighting the growing demand for lifestyle-oriented luxury residences in Dubai.

The property was not publicly listed and was initially showcased to the client to highlight the craftsmanship of BCI Fitout. Following the viewing, the client expressed interest in acquiring the residence, leading to private negotiations.

The record transaction reinforces Dubai’s position as a global hub for luxury real estate, reflecting continued confidence among high-net-worth buyers in the emirate’s long-term growth, stability and investment potential.

Commenting on the transaction, Alfie Tabrez, Managing Partner, BXB Estates, said the deal highlights the importance of trusted relationships and advisory-led approaches in the ultra-prime property segment.

The sale further strengthens Jumeirah Golf Estates’ position in Dubai’s luxury residential market and establishes BXB Estates as a key player in the ultra-prime real estate segment

A new generation of high-speed highways. Each demanded years of design, testing, coordination and problem-solving, often in conditions where there was little room for error. This Engineers’ Day, we lo..
