The project is expected to be completed within 36–40 months, with handover scheduled for Q4 2029. Prices start from AED 3.5 million, supported by a 1 per cent monthly payment plan.

The development offers connectivity to key locations including Emirates Road, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, Downtown Dubai and Dubai International Airport, with future metro connectivity expected to enhance accessibility.
