Danube Unveils Greenz Villa Community In Dubai

Danube Properties unveiled ‘Greenz by Danube’, its latest real estate development, at Coca-Cola Arena in Dubai. The launch was led by H.E. Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence, and attended by Rizwan Sajan, Founder and Chairman, Danube Group, along with more than 7,000 investors, business leaders, guests and media representatives.

The project marks Danube’s first large-scale integrated master villa community and Dubai’s first fully furnished master villa development. Speaking at the event, H.E. Sheikh Nahyan said the launch reflected Danube Group’s continued success in the UAE and its long-standing relationship with Dubai across building materials, related industries and real estate development.
