Dasnac to Invest Rs 20 Billion in Noida Luxury Project

Realty developer Dasnac plans to invest around Rs 20 billion in a luxury housing project in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, according to company officials. The project, titled Dasnac Westminster, will be developed on a 1.94-acre parcel and will comprise 264 premium apartments, targeting the high-end residential segment.

The total project outlay, including land acquisition and development costs, is estimated at approximately Rs 25 billion. Dasnac said the investment underlines its long-term commitment to Noida’s upscale housing market, with the project designed as a low-density luxury development featuring private lift lobbies and wellness-focused amenities on a prime, three-side-open corner plot.

Dasnac Westminster is located along the Noida Expressway in one of the city’s key sectors, offering strong connectivity. Leading educational institutions such as Amity University, Bennett University and Shiv Nadar University are within close driving distance. The upcoming international airport is accessible via a direct highway, while the Sector 146 Metro station is situated adjacent to the project site, enhancing its appeal for premium homebuyers.
