Developers in Hyderabad submit petitions to convert land

Realtors have begun submitting applications for a change of land use (CLU) from agriculture to non- agriculture, despite the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) having yet to develop a master plan for the GO 111 zone. CLU applications began to come in for Shankarapally Mandal since so many developers were interested in building gated communities there. Like Janwada, Mokila, Chevella, Ameenpur, and Gandipet, these areas have already risen to the top of the list for homebuyers.
