Esha Group Enters Lucknow Real Estate Market with Township Plans

Esha Group has entered Lucknow’s real estate market with plans for township and group housing projects across key locations in the city. The developer has identified areas near the airport, Sultanpur Road and Shaheed Path for its upcoming developments, which will focus on residential amenities, connectivity and integrated community facilities.

The proposed projects are expected to include luxury apartments, villas and residential plots, alongside commercial spaces, shopping complexes, restaurants and cafés. Planned amenities include clubhouses, swimming pools, gyms, play areas and landscaped gardens, as well as educational institutions, healthcare facilities, 24x7 security and wide roads designed to support connectivity.

The developments will follow a themed township model intended to bring residential, commercial and lifestyle facilities within or around the same community. Esha Group said the projects would provide access to shopping, dining, education, healthcare, entertainment and other everyday services, potentially reducing the need for residents to travel to different parts of the city.

Founder Brijesh Singh said the group viewed Lucknow as a significant real estate opportunity and would focus on quality homes in well-connected locations, supported by community facilities. He added that the company planned to expand to other cities in Uttar Pradesh before entering key markets across India. The group said its operations would be led by Anurag Bajpai, who has more than two decades of experience in real estate.

Bajpai said the Lucknow launch marked an important milestone and that the group’s projects would emphasise planning, construction quality and timely delivery. Esha Group aims to complete and hand over its Lucknow projects over the next five years, with the developments expected to create direct and indirect employment for approximately 2,500 people.

The company is also preparing additional projects in Lucknow as part of a wider Uttar Pradesh expansion plan. Its broader development model combines homes, commercial areas, entertainment, education, healthcare and lifestyle amenities in planned environments, with the group seeking to establish a stronger presence in the city’s real estate market.
