Experion Developers to Invest Rs. 100 bn in Housing Projects

Experion Developers plans to invest Rs. 100 bn over the next five years to develop around 3,000 homes and plots across Delhi-NCR, Amritsar, Lucknow and Goa. The real estate company said the programme would cover its luxury and ultra-luxury projects, with sustainability and wellness forming key elements of the developments.

The proposed investment will cover land acquisition, project approvals and construction, according to a company statement. Experion Developers said the funding would come from internal accruals, removing the need to rely on external financing for the announced development programme.

The company intends to deliver the projects across the four identified markets during the five-year period. Its expansion plan comes as it continues to build a portfolio of residential, commercial and mixed-use developments in the National Capital Region, Amritsar and Lucknow.

Experion Developers is an FDI-funded Indian real estate platform of Singapore-headquartered AT Capital Group. The company has delivered more than 2,000 homes and plots over the preceding five years, providing the base for its planned expansion into additional projects and locations.

Priyamvada Navet, deputy chief executive of Experion Developers, said the company would incorporate sustainability and wellness features across its ongoing and future developments. These priorities are expected to guide the design and delivery of the planned homes and plots, while the company continues to focus on luxury and ultra-luxury housing.

The announcement outlines a sizable investment commitment for the residential property market, with the company linking its future pipeline to internal funding and development across multiple regions. Experion Developers did not provide a project-wise breakdown of the investment or specify individual delivery timelines for the developments.
