Godrej Properties acquires 28 acres land parcel in Bengaluru

Godrej Properties announced in an exchange filing that it has entered into a Sale Deed to acquire a land parcel of 28 acres in Bengaluru to develop a mixed-use project consisting of apartments and retail development.

According to the filing, the project would be near Whitefield and close to office spaces on Whitefield and the Outer Ring Road.

Godrej Properties paid Rs 100 crore for Raj Kapoor's Chembur bungalow in order to develop it into a high-end residential complex. This was the company's third mega real estate project in Chembur. RK Studio and Shell Colony have also been renovated by the company.
