The project began in June 2024 and was completed within four months, highlighting the speed and efficiency of this technology. Built layer by layer using computer-generated designs and specialized materials, the structure reduces construction time, material waste, and labour costs while maintaining high durability and design accuracy.

Key Features of the 3D-Printed Villa

  • Architectural Innovation: The villa’s organic, fluid form enhances structural integrity and aesthetics.
  • Energy Efficiency: Designed to maximize natural light, reducing energy consumption.
  •  Unique Staircase Design: A sculptural alternative to conventional straight staircases.
  • Nature-Inspired Design: Flowing lines integrate seamlessly with the surroundings.
  • Distinct Exterior Pattern: The layered façade highlights the precision of 3D printing, giving the villa a futuristic look.
This development paves the way for broader adoption of 3D printing in Indian real estate, promoting smarter and more sustainable urban living.
