Houssed.com Expands to 33 Cities, Crosses Rs 1 Bn in Deals

Proptech platform Houssed.com has expanded its presence to 33 cities across India, strengthening its national footprint as it crosses 50,000 verified property listings and facilitates real estate transactions worth over Rs 1 billion. The milestone marks a significant phase in the company’s growth as demand rises for transparent and technology-driven property discovery in India’s estimated $500-billion real estate market.

The company said the expansion reflects increasing preference among homebuyers and developers for platforms that prioritise verification, accountability and customer trust. Houssed.com currently partners with more than 10,000 developers and operates through a trained network of around 500 associates who assist customers across markets.

Commenting on the expansion, Utsav Ladiwala, Founder and CEO, Houssed.com, said, “Our goal is simple: organise India’s real estate market around the customer. By verifying every listing, training our associates, and providing integrated services, we make the home-buying journey safe, simple and delightful.” He added that the platform’s growth across 33 cities demonstrates strong market readiness for a trusted national real estate brand.

Houssed.com follows a technology-led model combining verified listings with professional support. Every property undergoes a multi-layer verification process before being listed. Buyers can access immersive video tours, compare projects in real time and connect with local associates for market insights. The brokerage-free platform for buyers also supports price negotiations, home loan facilitation, legal due diligence, vastu consultation and interior design services.

As part of its next growth phase, the company plans to expand into 10 more cities and deploy artificial intelligence-led verification and discovery tools to further enhance transparency and trust. Yogesh Garg, Co-founder, Houssed.com, said the focus remains on scaling without compromising accountability across the ecosystem.

The platform has seen strong traction in cities such as Pune, Thane, Hyderabad and Ahmedabad, while Tier-II markets including Indore, Lucknow and Coimbatore are emerging as key growth centres. Over 25 per cent of new listings now originate from non-metro clusters, highlighting growing adoption of digital-first real estate discovery beyond major cities.
