India Among Fastest Growing Real Estate Investment Markets In APAC

Colliers reported that real estate investment across the Asia Pacific region rebounded strongly in 2025, reaching US$162 billion (bn), an eight per cent year-on-year increase. The firm attributed the growth to stronger momentum in the second half of the year as buyers and sellers aligned pricing expectations. The rebound reflected renewed investor confidence across major markets and an improving outlook for prime assets.
