JAPAN BUILD Tokyo 2026 Expects 35,000 Visitors
RX Japan GK will organise the 11th edition of JAPAN BUILD Tokyo at Tokyo Big Sight from 2–4 December 2026, with approximately 35,000 visitors expected from the building, construction and real estate sectors.
The exhibition will bring together manufacturers, developers, contractors, architects, distributors and property owners. According to the organiser, 51.2 per cent of visitors hold managerial positions or above, providing exhibitors with opportunities to engage with procurement decision-makers. The previous edition attracted 33,618 visitors and 548 exhibitors.
JAPAN BUILD Tokyo will feature 11 specialised exhibitions covering building materials and equipment, smart homes, housing digital transformation, green buildings, renovation, smart buildings, building maintenance, construction site innovation, digital construction, real estate technology and apartment management.
The event will also support international companies seeking to enter the Japanese market through business matching, a hosted buyer programme and interpreter services.
Approximately 60 free conference sessions will address artificial intelligence, digital transformation, smart building technologies, facility management, carbon neutrality and workforce reform.
Bunta Koyasu, Show Director of JAPAN BUILD Tokyo, said the exhibition's specialised format would help companies connect with relevant industry professionals while gaining exposure to the broader construction market.
The three-day event aims to facilitate business partnerships, technology adoption and knowledge exchange across Japan's construction and real estate industries.
