K Raheja Corp Homes Launches Luxury Project Raheja Vistas In Pune

K Raheja Corp Homes has launched Raheja Vistas, a luxury low-density residential project in Baner Annex, West Pune, marking the company’s strategic entry into one of the city’s emerging residential micro-markets.
Spread across 7.5 acres, the RERA-registered project will offer 2, 3 and 4 BHK residences with private decks and is scheduled for completion by 2031. The company said nearly 75% of the project area will remain open space, positioning the development as a differentiated offering amid rising urban density in Pune’s western suburbs.
Raheja Vistas forms part of a larger integrated township and has been designed by consultants from India and New Zealand. The project will feature more than 40 amenities, including a 2.65-acre landscaped central courtyard, clubhouses, co-working lounges, fitness facilities and children’s play zones. It is also among the first developments in Baner Annex to include dedicated padel and pickleball courts.
The company said the project incorporates sustainability-focused infrastructure such as solar power generation, rainwater harvesting, wastewater recycling, EV charging facilities and structured waste management systems.
According to K Raheja Corp Homes, Baner Annex is witnessing strong growth momentum supported by infrastructure developments including the proposed Mumbai–Pune high-speed rail corridor, Pune Metro expansion and the government’s City Economic Regions framework announced in the Union Budget 2026-27.
West Pune’s residential demand continues to be driven by the IT and commercial ecosystem surrounding Hinjewadi, one of India’s largest IT hubs. The company said increasing infrastructure investments and improving connectivity are strengthening the long-term investment potential of the Baner Annex corridor, where it aims to position Raheja Vistas as a benchmark premium residential address.
