Kandoi Fabrics, directors buy 4 apartments in South Mumbai

Four sea-view luxury flats in south Mumbai's Malabar Hill were purchased from real estate developer Lodha Group by Indian packaging fabric maker and exporter Kandoi Textiles and its directors for more than $2170 million.

These residences are located on the sixth, seventh, eighth, and ninth floors of the opulent Lodha Malabar residential skyscraper on Walkeshwar Road, covering a combined area of 18,572 square feet.

The businessman JP Taparia's family purchased a triplex on the 26th, 27th, and 28th floors of the skyscraper for 3690 million last week, making it the most expensive apartment acquisition in the nation.
