Mahindra Lifespaces Launches BeaconHill in Mahalaxmi

Mahindra Lifespace Developers, the real estate and infrastructure development arm of the Mahindra Group, has launched Mahindra BeaconHill, an ultra-premium residential development in Mahalaxmi, South Mumbai. The project has a potential gross development value of approximately Rs 16.50 crore.

Spread across nearly 1.68 acre, Mahindra BeaconHill is planned as a standalone 58-storey residential landmark. The development will comprise 198 spacious residences, including 3, 3.5 and 4 BHK homes designed for homebuyers seeking privacy, scale and an exclusive South Mumbai address.

Cabinet Approves Emergency Credit Line Guarantee Scheme 5.0

The Union Cabinet has approved the Emergency Credit Line Guarantee Scheme 5.0 (ECLGS 5.0) to provide targeted credit support to Indian airlines and micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) amid operational disruptions linked to the West Asia situation.
