Mahindra Lifespace Developers, the real estate and infrastructure development arm of the Mahindra Group, has launched Mahindra BeaconHill, an ultra-premium residential development in Mahalaxmi, South Mumbai. The project has a potential gross development value of approximately Rs 16.50 crore.

Spread across nearly 1.68 acre, Mahindra BeaconHill is planned as a standalone 58-storey residential landmark. The development will comprise 198 spacious residences, including 3, 3.5 and 4 BHK homes designed for homebuyers seeking privacy, scale and an exclusive South Mumbai address.

The homes are planned to maximise natural light and cross ventilation, with large layouts, decks and panoramic views of the sea, Mahalaxmi Racecourse and Mumbai’s skyline.
