Krishvi Group To Invest Seven Point Six Billion (bn) In Bengaluru Projects

Krishvi Group will invest Rs seven point six billion (bn) across three residential developments in Bengaluru, targeting a gross development value of Rs 10.5 billion (bn). The projects will encompass around zero point seven million (mn) square feet of real estate across six point five acres in Hennur and HBR Layout in north Bengaluru. The planned programme is expected to reinforce the developer's urban residential portfolio and address demand for premium housing in established suburbs.

The Hennur schemes will be executed through outright acquisition, while the HBR Lakeside Residences scheme will be taken forward as a joint development. Together the three schemes are set to add scale to the company's pipeline and provide a mix of unit sizes aimed at homebuyers and investors. The grouping of sites is intended to combine potential for capital appreciation with accessible urban amenities.

Krishvi Group director Arhanth Dinesh described the expansion as a milestone in the company’s growth journey and said the move deepened the firm’s commitment to Bengaluru's real estate landscape. He indicated that Hennur was emerging as a luxury corridor and that HBR Layout remained an established residential hub, together offering a balance of appreciation potential and lifestyle convenience for families and purchasers.

The company signalled an emphasis on design, adherence to project timelines and construction quality as key priorities for the developments. Krishvi Group operates under Krishvi Projects and has been active in Bengaluru's real estate sector since 1996, positioning the new investments as part of a longer term strategy to expand its presence in the city.

The developer said it would prioritise amenities and sustainable building practices to enhance homeowner value while maintaining delivery schedules. The move is intended to consolidate the company's standing in Bengaluru's mid and upper segments and support longer term urban housing supply.
