Key live projects include Rajasthan’s PWD corridor package, Telangana’s 4-lane highway upgrade, Andhra Pradesh’s flood protection works, Chhattisgarh’s urban infra consultancy, Bihar’s synthetic athletic track, and Rajasthan’s dam rehabilitation—driving EPC and consultancy momentum into FY26.   IMPACCT also tracked 2,209 near-term (3–6 month) tenders worth `2,251 crore (`70 crore active) from 142 owners, focused on PWD contracts, small buildings, sanitation, repairs, and minor works, led by Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh. Additionally, 90+ conceptual projects across 15+ states form a multi-lakh-crore pipeline in clean energy, data centres, heavy industry, oil & gas, transport, logistics, social infra, and real estate, with high activity in Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, and others—boosting capex and opportunities for EPCs, OEMs, and suppliers.   In October 2025, IMPACCT tracked 90+ conceptual and proposed projects across 15+ states, together forming a multi-lakh-crore pipeline. Key activity spanned clean energy (solar, wind, green ammonia, nuclear, pumped hydro), data centres (Google, TCS, STT, Mapletree, BSNL), and heavy industry/electronics (Foxconn, Hyundai, Airbus, EV components, ACE tower cranes). Oil & gas and petrochemicals gained traction with BPCL’s greenfield refinery and Vedanta’s aluminium expansion. Transport and mobility advanced through new expressways, a Chennai metro interchange, Mumbai suburban rail corridor plans, and a bullet train spur to Navi Mumbai Airport. Logistics capacity grew with IndoSpace, India Post, and JSW Infrastructure hubs. Social and cultural infrastructure highlighted the Lata Mangeshkar Memorial Hospital, Jupiter Hospitals’ expansion, Amaravati’s library, major statues in Tirupati and Amaravati, and Bihar’s grand Tirupati temple. Real estate and hospitality included Mumbai redevelopments, luxury housing in Ghaziabad, and hotels by Oberoi, Taj, and Vikram Kamats. Beyond these, awards spanned roads & highways, water supply, bridges, and industrial works, underscoring a broad sectoral spread. The plant will have the capacity to produce 30,000 electric and LNG-powered heavy-duty trucks over the next five years. Alongside, the company launched its first heavy-duty electric truck with swappable battery technology and inaugurated India’s first electric highway corridor between Mumbai and Pune. Backed by Essar and FPT (Iveco Group), Blue Energy already leads the green truck market with a 60 per cent share, and this expansion reinforces its ambition to electrify all major highway corridors within three years. Nashik to Bolster Sewage Infrastructure with Rs.750 Crore World Bank Backing - The Nashik Municipal Corporation (NMC) has secured a Rs.750 crore loan from the World Bank to enhance the city’s sewerage system, including laying approximately 200 km of new pipelines and upgrading existing lines. This funding will target fast-growing zones such as Pachavati, CIDCO, Nashik Road, and Satpur, while also replacing aged infrastructure elsewhere. Already, NMC has invited bids for 90 km of additional sewer lines under the AMRUT scheme, with shared funding from central and state governments. West Bengal Government to build Grand Mahakal Mandir in Siliguri - West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has announced the construction of a Mahakal Mandir in Siliguri, marking the state’s third major temple development project after the Jagannath Mandir in Digha and Durga Angan in New Town. Alongside, land will also be identified for a convention center in Siliguri, located next to the temple. The upcoming Mahakal Mandir is planned to feature the highest tower, with a trust to be established for its management. CM Banerjee emphasised that the entire initiative will be overseen and executed by the state government, reinforcing its commitment to cultural and spiritual infrastructure. Karnataka approves Rs.27,000 crore Bengaluru Business Corridor to ease congestion - The Karnataka Cabinet has given the go-ahead for the 117-km Bengaluru Business Corridor (BBC), formerly known as the Peripheral Ring Road, aimed at cutting city traffic by 40 per cent within two years. Funded through a Rs.27,000 crore HUDCO loan, the project will connect Tumakuru Road to Mysuru Road via Yelahanka and Electronic City, covering both North and South Bengaluru. Landowners will have multiple compensation options including double the market value, developed residential plots in BDA layouts, or commercial land, with provisions to deposit compensation in court if land surrenders face resistance. The 65-m wide design includes a reserved 5-m metro corridor and returns 35 m of land to farmers, while tolling policies are under finalisation. Deputy CM DK Shivakumar said the project, pending for decades, marks a decisive step in addressing Bengaluru’s chronic congestion with integrated infrastructure and flexible land acquisition mechanisms. JSW Industrial Park cleared for development in Vizianagaram - The Andhra Pradesh government has approved the establishment of a mega industrial park by JSW Industrial Park in S Kota, Vizianagaram district, unlocking the long-stalled project. Spread across 1,166 acre, the land was earlier earmarked for a Rs.4,000 crore alumina refinery but stalled due to bauxite mining issues. Under the new approval (GO No. 184), JSW will receive state support including subsidised water supply at Rs.25/kL for 25 years, two substations delivering 25 MW of power, and 100 per cent concession on land-use change. While construction moves forward, some farmer groups continue to demand return of acquired lands, highlighting the project’s social sensitivities. M3M India to invest Rs.2,100 crore in ultra-luxury Jacob & Co Residences, Noida - Real estate developer M3M India has announced an investment of Rs.2,100 crore to develop the Jacob & Co. Residences in Noida, an ultra-luxury residential project set to generate a topline of around `3,500 crore. Spread over six acre in the central business district, the project will feature 3BHK, 4BHK, and 5BHK residences priced between Rs 14–25 crore, with completion targeted in three years. Phase I will offer 150 branded residences, while Phase II will add about 100 serviced homes. Each unit will include bespoke interiors and a limited-edition Jacob & Co timepiece, marking a new benchmark for luxury living in India. Bihar Floats Rs.412.27 crore road upgradation tender - Bihar Rajya Pul Nirman Nigam (BRPNNL) has invited bids for the development of the existing Salepur–Narsanda–Telmar–Karouta road into a 4-lane corridor with paved shoulders, covering a 19.43 km stretch up to the junction with NH-30 (km 224).The project carries an estimated tender value of Rs.412.27 crore, with an EMD of Rs.4.22 crore and a document fee of Rs.50,000. The tender was published on 16 October 2025, and the submission deadline is 12 November 2025. Once awarded, the project is expected to significantly improve regional connectivity and traffic flow across Nalanda district, Bihar. Railways floats Rs.316 crore tender for signaling works on Borivali – Virar 5th & 6th Line Project - The Ministry of Railways has issued a tender (MRVC-W-274) for the design, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of signaling equipment in connection with the proposed 5th and 6th railway lines between Borivali and Virar under MUTP-IIIA. Valued at Rs.316.19 crore with an EMD of Rs.1.59 crore, the project aims to enhance suburban rail capacity in Mumbai’s busiest corridor. Bids are invited until December 5, 2025, with the initiative expected to ease congestion and improve commuter efficiency across the western suburban network. Google, Adani & Airtel Fast-Track AI Data Centre in Vizag - Google, Adani Enterprises, and Bharti Airtel have joined forces to establish India’s largest AI data centre in Visakhapatnam, marking a key step in Google’s $15 billion AI investment roadmap for India. To be executed by Adani ConneX and Bharti Airtel, the project integrates a subsea cable gateway, renewable energy facilities, and advanced storage systems to ensure sustainable operations. Powered entirely by green energy and connected via high-speed fiber networks, the centre aims to make Vizag a global hub for AI-driven innovation and cloud infrastructure. This milestone positions Andhra Pradesh as a strategic anchor in India’s digital transformation journey. INOX Wind’s `400 Crore Investment to Transform Koppal into Karnataka’s Wind Energy Hub - INOX WIND is set to invest Rs.400 crore in a state-of-the-art wind-blade manufacturing plant at Kushtagi, Koppal — a project poised to generate hundreds of local jobs and significantly boost the regional economy. During a meeting with Shri Santosh Khairnar, President–Corporate Strategy, Inox Wind, plans were outlined for establishing the facility on 70 acres of KIADB land in Kyadiguppa, Kushtagi. The initiative includes an initial `300 crore investment for blade manufacturing followed by Rs 100 crore for wind tower fabrication. The Karnataka government has pledged full support to ensure smooth execution, marking a major step toward strengthening green manufacturing, renewable energy capacity, and industrial development in the Kalyana-Karnataka region. Karnataka to Develop 300-Acre Data Centre Park in Tavarekere Within 18 Months - The Karnataka government plans to set up a sprawling 300-acre data centre park in Tavarekere—near Hoskote and Kolar—within the next 18 to 24 months. KIADB (Karnataka Industrial Areas Development Board) will acquire about 1,000 acre in total, of which 250–300 acres will be allocated for the data centre park. The project envisages a hub-and-spoke model: a large GW-scale central data centre will link with smaller 25–30 MW “edge” data centres in cities like Mysuru, Hubballi, and Belagavi. This initiative aims to decentralize digital infrastructure beyond Bengaluru, promote regional parity in data access, and attract investment from domestic and global technology players. Power Mech wins Rs 2,500 crore EPC contract from BHEL for Singareni Thermal Project - Power Mech Projects has secured a Rs.2,500 crore engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contract from BHEL for the 1×800 MW Singareni Thermal Power Station at Mancherial, Telangana. The order covers execution of the balance-of-plant package for the upcoming thermal plant being developed by Singareni Collieries Company.
